The main notable feature announced at the event is the availability of Gemini Live in local languages. Specifically, Gemini Live, part of Google’s AI chatbot Gemini, is now available in Hindi, with support for eight additional languages coming soon.
The other languages that will be added soon include Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati and Urdu.
Although Gemini Live was originally released only for Gemini Advance subscribers, it has now been released to all Android users, enabling interaction in more natural conversational ways.

Google also introduced 10 new voice types for Gemini Live.
Additionally, Google introduced new AI-generated summaries in Google Maps, along with an AI preview feature in Google Search that includes video capabilities.
The video feature available in Search Labs is experimental and allows users to record video using Google Lens to receive AI-generated reviews in response to the context of the video.
For example, it’s possible for users to record a cooking video and ask for help.
Google made the AI Overviews feature available to all users earlier this year after testing it on Google Search as part of its Search Generative Experience (SGE).
It can now summarize key information along with relevant links for reference. This can replace the traditional method of listing multiple website links in advance.
