Three weeks after authorities colleges in Delhi began their new educational session on April 1, textbooks are but to achieve lecture rooms, a number of college principals stated on Thursday.
“Academics are managing by instructing grammar in language lessons and a few matters that college students wrestle with,” stated a principal on situation of anonymity.
