On this day, Dwitiya Tithi will be in effect till 09:48 AM after which Tritiya Tithi will take its place. Bharani Nakshatra will last till 10:46 AM followed by Krittika Nakshatra. Moon will be posited in Mesha Rashi till 4:10 PM and then move to Vrishabha Rashi. The Sun will be in Tula Rashi.

Abhijit Muhurta will be held between 11:43 AM to 12:29 PM and Vijaya Muhurta will happen from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM. In the evening Godhuli Muhurta is scheduled from 5:47 PM to 6:12 PM while Sayahna Sandhya will last from 17:47 to 19:03. Nishita Muhurta is fixed for 23:41 to 00:31 on October 20 and Amrit Kalam Muhurta will be observed from 06:30 to 07:56.
