The last date to apply for these posts is 18th November while the last date for submission of hard copy of application is 28th November 2024. “Applications are invited in the prescribed format for the recruitment of teaching assistants, associate professors and professors in various departments,” the official release said.

Assistant Grade II (Pay Level 10): 69 posts
Assistant Grade I (Pay Level 12): 26 posts
Associate professor (salary level 13A2): 31 posts
Professor (Pay Level 14A): 6 posts

Age limit:
According to the official notification, no new appointments above the age of 60 are recommended except in the case of faculty members with exceptionally distinguished research/academic careers and with ongoing or approved externally funded research projects.

Candidates are required to send the hard copy of the online application along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents to the Registrars Office at Dr. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Porec Campus, Jalandhar, Punjab, Pin-144008 not later than from November 28, 2024
As per the notification, foreign candidates are exempted from submitting hard copies but are required to send all supporting documents in one pdf file to recruitmentfaculty2024@gmail.com and dfw@nitj.ac.in by the same deadline. Failure to submit documents on time will result in disqualification.
