The Division of Social Safety & Empowerment of Individuals with Disabilities (SSEPD), Authorities of Odisha, immediately signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nationwide Institute for Empowerment of Individuals with Mental Disabilities (NIEPID) to strengthen early identification, schooling, capability constructing, and group consciousness for Individuals with Mental Disabilities (PwIDs) throughout the State.
