The petitioner, Advocate Rachit Gupta, approached the Court docket after an open rubbish bin and a public urinal had been positioned instantly outdoors his residence. The constructions had been reportedly utilized by round 150 residents within the neighborhood.
The petitioner stated that repeated requests to the authorities to keep up sanitation across the rubbish bin and urinal had gone unanswered.
In response, the MCD claimed that common cleansing of the urinal was being carried out.
