Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi landed in Beirut on October 4 amid Israel’s “limited” ground operation in southern Lebanon. Araghchi’s visit came days after rocket and drone attacks on Israel to avenge the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
