Alia Bhatt shared screen space with Ram Charan and Jr NTR in ‘RRR‘ and although she didn’t have many scenes in the film with them, they didn’t get to spend much time on set. However, they bonded and became very close during the promotions of the film. Alia Bhatt revealed this in a recent chat while promoting her film ‘Jigra‘. Alia said during a recent chat with Suresh Productions, “Tarak, Ram Charan and I couldn’t spend much time together on the sets of RRR due to different schedules, but around the promotions we became very close.”
She also recalled Ram Charan’s sweet gesture. “It’s a very funny story. A month after Raha was born, I had stepped aside to walk for a while. Suddenly someone came and said, “Madam, Mr. Ram Charan has sent an elephant.” I was stunned, I thought, “Anything can happen: I might have a giant elephant walking around in my building right now.”
But it wasn’t a real elephant. “It was a wooden elephant that he sent after adopting an elephant in the wild in the name of Raha. That was such a sweet gesture on his part. We call this elephant: Ele and we kept him near our dining table on the fifth floor. Raha often jumps on it and plays,” Alia said.
Recently, Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela also became parents to a baby girl. Ram Charan had earlier said that he is a big fan of Alia’s work. “I’ve been a fan of her work since Highway. I became her fan after Raazi. After working with her, I understood why people love her so much.
