BTS leader RM, aka Kim Namjoon, is known among fans for his fit body and incredible dedication to following a healthy routine. The rapper and musician is one of the members of the K-pop supergroup who often gives a glimpse of his workout routine on social media (previously, BTS’ maknae Jungkook (also shared his boxing videos before deleting). Today, RM shared a photo of his Wednesday workout plan — which features some intense exercises — and inspired us to hit the gym. RM’s heavy workout plan on Wednesday

on Wednesday, RM posted the photo. On her Instagram stories she presents all the exercises she had to practice. The workout plan included barbell thrusts, wall ball shots, box jumps and handstand push-ups. According to RM’s post, he had to do 10 repetitions in one set of each exercise, with a 2-minute break between the first two and the last two routines. Each exercise has its own benefits – hip thrusts build strength and size in your glutes, wallball shots get your heart rate up and improve cardiovascular fitness, box jumps work your glutes, hamstrings, quads, Work the abductors, adductors and calves, and finally, handstand push-ups Improve body awareness and upper body strength.

Earlier, RM delighted his fans by dropping a video – RM ‘All Day (with Kim Namjoon)’ – that gives a glimpse of what his day looks like. Part 2 of the series features RM working out at the gym and revealing how he plans his pre-workout routine. “I write down the plan first,” she said. “I have an exercise routine, but before I start I go on the manual treadmill for 5 minutes and then do about two handstands against the wall. Then, I do my upper body. Warms the body.”

Today, RM also shared photos from her recent museum visit dressed in cozy winter clothes. The BTS leader has been known to express his love for art with ARMY by sharing photos from his various museum visits around the world.

Meanwhile, RM recently released his album Indigo which made it to the top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 chart. Indigo included collaborations with Erykah Badu, Anderson. Paak, Youjeen, Paul Blanco, and more artists.
