U.S. President Donald Trump bashed NATO and appeared to resume his threats over Greenland after a closed-door assembly with alliance chief Mark Rutte, throughout which he was anticipated to debate probably leaving the pivotal safety bloc.
Mr. Trump’s outrage at NATO allies over their failure to hitch in his warfare in opposition to Iran had prompted fears he would search to tug the USA out of the almost eight-decade-old alliance.
