Nine Israeli soldiers have been killed in recent clashes with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Five reservists died on Thursday due to a missile attack during logistics operations. Four other soldiers were killed on October 23 in separate encounters. The IDF reported serious injuries among several soldiers and claimed significant strikes against Hezbollah targets, including the death of key commanders. Hezbollah responded with multiple rocket attacks on Israeli positions, claiming to have destroyed numerous Israeli tanks. Israel’s military chief suggested a possible decisive way out of the conflict.
