SHIMLA: A four-year-old woman was tied to a staircase and crushed allegedly by a retired military man for plucking a guava from his backyard in Bahdala village of Una in Himachal Pradesh.Based on data, on seeing the little woman plucking guavas from his backyard, the ex-serviceman in a match of rage had allegedly tied the woman baby to the entrance staircase of his home and assaulted her.
