India on Saturday issued an advisory for passengers stranded at airports in UAE amid escalating battle within the Center East after US-Israel-Iran strikes.
In an advisory issued late on Saturday, the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi stated the embassy and the consulate are in contact with UAE authorities.
“The Embassy and Consulate are in contact with the UAE authorities and airways for taking good care of the Indian passengers stranded on the airports in UAE resulting from momentary and precautionary airspace closure,” the advisory stated.
The embassy stated that the UAE authorities and airline authorities have reassured full assist to the Indian authorities.
The advisory comes within the wake of Iranian retaliatory assaults targetting US bases within the Center East, together with Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, Bahrain and Kuwait, prompting airliners to droop flights to and from the area.
The airspace over the Center East stays largely shut at the same time as explosions proceed to be reported in UAE and neighbouring international locations. A number of passengers have been left stranded at Abu Dhabi and Dubai airport, key journey and transit hubs, following flight operations.
