AG1 Greens (Classic Formula)
I’ve had the privilege of trying many, many different greens powders for WIRED, including every flavor of Athletic Greens’ AG1. This is the classic formula, which means it doesn’t have the newest B-vitamin complex or all the probiotics in the newer version—but it’s still great, and it’s on sale.
The experience is the opposite of “understated” with luxurious packaging and a balanced, healthy-but-not-gross flavor. This greens powder is NSF Certified for Sport and packed full of all the buzzy ingredients. There are probiotics, prebiotics, vitamins, minerals, superfoods, mushrooms, and digestive enzymes. While greens powders aren’t a replacement for a balanced diet full of fruits and veggies, they can help supplement nutritional gaps. When I’m drinking AG1, I notice smoother digestion, higher energy levels, and a feeling of confidence that I can make smart, goal-aligned food choices for the rest of the day.
