JEE Main 2023: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023 for admission to IIITs, NITs and other engineering colleges will begin today from January 24. National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct entrance test for BE/BTech aspirants on January 24, 25, 29. 30, 31 and February 1. This paper will be held in 2 shifts – 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Before the examination, NTA has issued an important notice stating that some candidates are not yet eligible to appear.

Some JEE Main 2023 Session 1 candidates have filled multiple application forms, the agency said. Their candidature has been put on hold and their applications are being scrutinized.

“A communication has been sent to them on their registered email id. They need to clarify their position with a valid representation. After their identification they will be allowed to appear in the examination in the current session. Such candidates examination is not being scheduled on 24 and 25 January 2023,” NTA said.
