Directed by Shantanu Bagchi, Mission Majnu is based on true events of the 1970s. The trailer shows Siddharth playing the role of a ‘simple’ tailor who goes in and out of key locations in Pakistan to report to India about its nuclear installations. Rashmika, who plays his wife Nasreen, is part of his cover story across the border.

Talking about her character, Rashmika tweeted, “A character who shows unconditional love and innocence.
