    Nirmal Judge Reviews Preparations for National Lok Adalat on December 21

    District Judge Srivani stated that individuals who knowingly or unknowingly get involved in legal disputes can receive quick and fair justice through Lok Adalat, as many matters can be resolved through mutual compromise.

    A review meeting was held on Saturday at the Nirmal main court regarding the National Lok Adalat scheduled for the 21st of this month. During the session, several key suggestions were shared with court duty officers to ensure smooth and effective conduct of the upcoming Lok Adalat.


    Directions Issued for Smooth Conduct of Lok Adalat

    Judge Srivani stressed the need for:

    • Preparing comprehensive lists of cases to be taken up in Lok Adalat
    • Conducting prior coordination meetings with the parties involved
    • Strengthening cooperation between the police department and legal authorities
    • Creating public awareness about the benefits and process of Lok Adalat

    She noted that Lok Adalats play a significant role in reducing the burden on courts and help citizens find amicable, time-saving solutions.
