The actor recently dropped an intense video of herself working out at the gym, sharing that she has become the ‘strong woman’ she always wanted to be. Rashmika Mandana’s Inspirational Workout Routine

Rashmika recently shared a video. Doing push-ups on her own while balancing her body on exercise balls. Sharing the clip, the actor added that she always looked up to strong women and thought she wanted to be like them. But after watching a clip of herself doing push-ups, she realized she had become that woman. Read her caption: “I used to look at strong women and think to myself – I wish I was like them… and today I look at these videos of myself and go – “Damn…I am the woman I always wanted to be.! It’s crazy how you can achieve anything if you just focus and work for it.”

The clip shows Rashmika, dressed in an orange crop top, black sports bra and matching workout shorts, practicing a rigorous workout routine. She begins by balancing her body on exercise medicine balls and fails at first, but manages it successfully on the second try. Then, Rashmika starts doing push-ups with both hands and feet firmly on the balls.
