Shakti Mohan, the famous Indian dancer and choreographer, recently stunned her fans with an unexpected live performance at a mall in Mumbai. She participated in a flash mob organized by Victoria’s Secret. The choreographer was joined by a group of dancers dressed in Victoria’s Secret PJ sets. Shakti stood out in an all black ensemble while her fellow dancers were dressed in baby pink outfits. The electrifying performance amazed everyone present at the mall. The show started in front of the Victoria’s Secret store. Other clips show the dancers on a specially set-up stage in the center of the mall.
Some time ago, Shakti Mohan wowed fashion fans as she walked the ramp at a fashion show in Dubai along with her sisters Mukti and Neeti Mohan. The trio rocked exquisite ethnic lehengas designed by Jigya Patel. Neeti Mohan looked radiant in a heavy gold zari work lehenga. Her choli featured a wide round neckline and half sleeves. Her dupatta, embellished with intricate stitching on the edges, fell gracefully on her shoulders. Mukti Mohan dazzled in a red and gold lehenga ensemble, with a red choli that showcased contrasting gold sleeves. It had a sweetheart neckline, pearls on the hem and was adorned with gold accents throughout. Shakti Mohan looked equally stunning in her outfit which featured traditional motifs. She wore a half sleeve choli embellished with gold and crimson patterns. Her dupatta was draped over one shoulder and fastened at the side of her waist.
Shakti Mohan is well known for her participation in the dance reality show Dance Plus and her role in the youth television show Dil Dosti Dance. She started her career by participating in the popular dance reality show Dance India Dance in 2009 where she emerged as the winner. Shakti has choreographed dance numbers for numerous Bollywood films including ABCD, ABCD 2, Dangal and Baaghi 2. She is also the founder of Nritya Shakti, a Mumbai-based dance school. In addition to her choreography, Shakti produced two seasons of her YouTube show Break A Leg. She has also appeared in popular music videos including The Chamiya Song, Mud Mud Ke, Saaton Janam and Daayein Baayein.
