To start the week, Shamita opted for an intense routine of compound exercises, targeting a range of muscles in the body. Shamita can be seen starting her routine with kicks, and using dumbbells as support for her workout. In the later part of the video, the actor can be seen performing lunges. With arm and leg workouts, Shamita can be seen perfecting the routine.
