Jetson Dohana Lama from Sikkim has won the singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs Season 9. She took home the trophy as well as the prize money. 10 lakh during the finale of the show on Sunday, Harsh Sikandar from Jalandhar emerged as the first runner-up while Dineshwari Gadge from Thane was declared as the second runner-up.

The show was hosted by comedian anchor Bharti Singh and had singer Shankar Mahadevan, Neeti Mohan and music composer Anu Malik as judges.

Jetshin Dohana Lama is nine years old and started singing at the age of three. Shankar Mahadevan used to call her as ‘Mini Sunidhi Chauhan’ in the show. On her win, Jetshin said in a statement, “It’s a dream come true for me! Honestly, the competition was tough because all the contestants of the season are so talented and I’m really grateful to share the stage with them. My journey in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs Season 9 has been a great learning experience for me and I am extremely grateful to all my teachers who have constantly supported me and made me realize my potential as a singer. Helped me. I’m definitely taking a bundle of memories with me and looking forward to my new singing journey.

When asked what she wants to do with the prize money. 1 million, Jetshen told Pinkvilla, “I want to buy a puppy and build a swimming pool at home.” Asked if she wants to stay in Mumbai and sing in films, Jetshin said, “First I will go to Sikkim, complete my studies and then come back and continue singing.”

Earlier, boxer Mary Kom and footballer also voiced Jetshine. Mary Kom shared pictures of Jetshen in November last year and wrote on Instagram, “You are so cute #jetshenlama @jetshen_dohna keep it up… your voice is amazing. Footballer Baiching Bhutia also appealed to his fans to vote for Jetshin.

Jetshin told Indianexpress.com that she wants to collaborate with Sunidhi Chauhan someday. He also expressed his desire to others from the industry.

Singer Ankush Bhardwaj, who helped the kids perform on the show, also shared a post for Jetshin. He wrote, “Congratulations @jetshen_dohna_official our winner of 2023 #saregamapalilchamps. God bless you little rockstar, keep winning more hearts with your amazing voice and unique style, now this is the beginning of your journey, Jana.” Way to go.
