St George’s University in association with Ramaiah Group of Institutions has organized the MiniMed program in Bengaluru. The MiniMed program was conducted from January 16 to 18, 2023 to help students determine their interest in pursuing a career in medicine.
According to the official press release, the 3-day program was packed with various sessions where students received hands-on training, hands-on skills by Dr. Shandong, and had the opportunity to participate in lab work through small group sessions.
The university organizes the SGU Mini Med program on bi-annual basis. A total of 25 students participated in the program this year.
Dr. James Coe, assistant dean of basic sciences at St. George’s University, School of Medicine, met and spoke about the evolution of medicine, while sharing informative insights into the development of medicine, according to a press release.
