College Grants Fee (Promotion of Fairness in Larger Schooling Establishments) Rules, 2026 was notified on January 13 and applies to all increased academic establishments in India.

Its goal is to “eradicate discrimination solely on the idea of faith, race, gender, native land, caste, or incapacity, significantly in opposition to the members of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, socially and educationally backward lessons, economically weaker sections, individuals with disabilities, or any of them, and to advertise full fairness and inclusion amongst the stakeholders in increased training establishments.”

The rules require increased academic establishments to determine Equal Alternative Facilities and Fairness Committee for efficient implementation of insurance policies and packages for deprived teams, and to investigate into the discrimination complaints.
