A statement issued by the Federal Counter-Terrorism Agency said that Ranga is a close associate of Canada-based gangster-turned-terrorist Lakhbir Singh Sindhu alias Linda and Pakistan-based gangster-turned-terrorist Harvinder Singh Sindhu alias Randa.

In October last year, the Delhi Police arrested a minor boy from Uttar Pradesh’s Faizabad district for his involvement in the RPG attack.
