After his father’s death in 2023, Manasi stepped into a leadership role at the Kirloskar Group. She took charge of Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts, being nominated as Vice Chairman of both. Her influence expanded further, holding the position of Chairman in other branches including Kirloskar Toyota Textile Private Limited, Toyota Engine India Limited, Denso Kirloskar Industries Private Limited and Toyota Material Handling India Private Limited. Her achievements have not gone unnoticed, earning her recognition from the United Nations with the Young Business Champion Award.
