India raised its export responsibility on petrol and lower levies on diesel and aviation gas on Friday, the Ministry of Finance mentioned in an announcement. This notification from the federal government comes inside a day of elevating retail gas costs for the primary time for the reason that conflict between the US, Israel and Iran broke out in February.
Citing the federal government notification, information company PTI reported that the responsibility on exports of petrol has been raised to ₹3 per litre, a primary for the reason that Iran conflict began.
In the meantime, the responsibility on export of diesel has been lowered to ₹16.5 per litre, from ₹23 per litre, and aviation turbine gas to ₹16 per litre from ₹33 per litre.
