India has blocked the Telegram messaging app till June 22, saying the platform has been used to “defraud candidates” taking the medical entrance examination, the Ministry of Training stated in an announcement on Tuesday.
The restriction has been imposed to handle a structural function by way of which the platform has been used to manufacture “paper leak” proof in examinations.
